TREASURE FOOD WORLD

I will be talking about the happenings on my birthday and will as well, introduce My World- "Treasure Food Cosmos"

My cooking skill is innate and comes naturally with me. I admire ladies and men with good cooking skills.
To be able to use the food stuffs at home to create a yummy mouth -watering and appetite craving food and having a good knowledge of the nutrient content and combining them well for a balance meal, that's what i admire in people.
Like i told you, i went to enhance my skills on catering and sugar craft. To tell you,the truth, it isn't easy to bake a good cake. Come to think of fondant and its stress especially in a cold weather;oh! that is tasking and calls for extra care .

On 12th Oct., i figured, i had to give myself a birthday gift;a birthday cake. Prior before that day, i have tried making a fondant but failed those times i tried,even when a friend came to help out. But ,early in the morning of my birthday , i got up and started doing something. Finally, i made a good fondant , which i can cover my cake with! Here comes the cake..

I also went ahead to make the special one, a spicy cake with chocolate ganache and nut.

2012 birthday is the sweetest so far. The precious one,so far and will get better . Received calls and sms from loved ones. My mum called me that morning and prayed for me,spoke with my dad as well. My friend, Chi Ohams gave me a new watch,
Kaycee, sent some money. Thanks all, you made it beautiful.

At the training,later that day. i cut my cake.
I was so help, cos i saw my ability to make a good fondant as God's birthday gift to me outside my being alive .

Show some love to yourself and people,it will go a long way to make a memorial.

Food of the Spirit...Music

Sitting over my system to type, i wonder what i want to write. Music is an organized sound that soothes your mind,body and soul. Calms the nerve and refurbish and rejuvenate you over and over again.

It is a thing that human spirit response to,just as it responds to love shown to it. it amazes me , how the tender baby dances to it not knowing what the lyrics bears.Even , on the road, a hawker sings along to a song just after a quarrel with a commuter....

Music, brings friends together and mends broken relationships and homes. The lyrics of a music,can make to drained in your tears as it brings the message of love, peace,victory,forgiveness,sufferings and pains of many,etc

The beatings from a music over the radio,sets far a worry that drove a man to a point of suicide.
Music does a lot to my spirit:it gets my heart beating faster in excitement,it moves my body to make those slides,it puts smiles on my face as i reminiscence the love of God and His greatness in my life and around the world and it strengths my spirit and wakes it to work.

Music plays in my spirit through the whistling of the tress,waves of the river,splashing of the water,flapping of my curtain and window blinds and laughter of the baby next door,wow! What a life!
So, where does yours come from?
Music is the food of the spirit,my spirit responds quick to it. especially to the gospel music and inspiring music
Play and listen to more to the music that blesses your spirit and keeps it aglow for eternal value.

"LESSON FOR LIFE"

Actually, Life is a Teacher and  a School .

Every event of life we are involved in has a lesson to pass to us. That is why people with a lot of experiences,have so much lessons learnt :some might be wrong and some right.

No matter the event or situation, look out for the good lesson therein for a better you.

I happened to run a program to improve and  enhance my skill on Sugar Craft and Catering for a new opportunity. At the registration stage,i was not sure if i will be able to do the training since i didn't have such amount of money i saw as the training fee. I told myself, i wont go back: i rather press my faith button and filled the form and paid the registration fee. Due to i  believe knowledge is power, i dragged a friend along to register for a long desired skill she wanted.

I paid the price for my future by trekking and pressing on, on daily basis to my training venue. I prayerfully with my little income and help from friends,was able to take care of  practical fees and assignments. Thank Goodness, for my lovely friends, Nina Olivers,Sandy,Kaycee,Oja and Ig;my brothers,My Man of God that believe so much in me-Pastor Emeka Agbakoba and My sweetheart, Chikodi Ohanaka, they supported me financially and with words of encouragement at every stage. Thank You.

One day, i was walking home with a friend Sandra, she said, she thank God she didn't back off cos of money , because the knowledge is worth it and , immediately, it struck me that;Money is not everything. If you have a goal or a plan, just design it well and  be determined to get it done;well and perfect.Picture you in it and talk it loud and take a step to start....

Finally, i graduated from the program,without hinges though no laid aside fund. 

Every idea with a push: by faith will surely stand cos "All things are possible to the one that believes".

"My Choice, My Life"

It is becoming clearer to me that Life is all about Choice.

What you are enjoying or suffering today; is as a result of your choice or decisions earlier.
Your choice is your life .. can also say your Life is your choice. 

Do not be hasty in making a decision concerning anything. Think it over even if , for a minute. At the grocery shop, think before going for a cheese or butter for the meal. Many wrong decisions have brought pains,agony and depression to many individuals and family.

Some decisions needs counsel or a word of prayer in order to be well guided; do it and save yourself headache.Because,you will bear the result thereafter, my dear.

So many have blamed circumstances or  persons for their failure, but they fail to realize that they gave the final command. Be in-charge and lord your life through your right decisions.
Right Timing, Strong Will and Right Attitude are the keys to a huge success...My thinking.
This is a food for thought.

Therefore, Plan well, start right and on time, be determined and focus and be positive and a goal getter, you will have a good turn over.
hence, to be happy and joyful is a choice;to remain in pains and regret is self punishment.

I choose to be happy in spite and despite...,cos a merry heart makes a fatten bone.

 

"BEAUTY"

Beauty can be defined as that thing in a person or something that marks it out amongst so many which brings satisfaction and pleasure to the mind of the beholder.

Beauty could be an object or a person.

Again,beauty is that which is appreciated and called beautiful whether outside or inside be a person hence beauty is seen differently.

 For me, beauty is flawless,satisfying,outstanding,of characteristics that give pleasure to the senses,glowing and radiant.

So, what is beauty and Where do i see it? I see beauty in the following:natural landscape,the new flower bud,a flowing river in my hometown,the coloured birds chirping at my corridor,the deep smile on the face of a new born baby and mother, the love shared between the mother and a baby,well arranged colorful banquet,a smiling face,a kind and loving heart,a forgiving spirit,a peaceful home,etc.

Thus, if everyone could be beautiful,just possessing a smiling face,our world will be a beauty.
